Prof. Fleura Bardhi

Ph.D. in Marketing, University of Nebraska-Lincoln and MS in International Business, Norwegian School of Management, Norway.Associate Professor of Marketingat the D’Amore-McKim School of Busi¬ness, NEU.Researchinterests are in the areas of consumer behavior. Her current research examines the ways that individuals and organizations manage the challenges of globalization, specifically the conditions of mobility and technology. Prior to joining the D’Amore-McKim School of Business, NEU, she worked as Program Administrator for the University of Nebraska’s USAID Project in Tirana, Albania from 1995 to 1997. Editorial Board Member for journal of Consumption, Markets, and Culture and in the Program Committee for 2012 Advances in Consumer Research (ACR) Conference; 2012 and 2011 Consumer Culture Theory Conference; 2010 European Advances in Consumer Research (EACR) Conference; 2011 Asian Advances in Consumer Research (AACR) Conference. Best Paper Award for the Marketing Communication and Branding Track, Summer American Marketing Association (AMA) Conference, August 8-11, San Diego, CA, 2008.
